120 km from Bangalore and 30 km from Mysore airport, the Srirangapatman farm is our latest property, hosting you by a river tucked away in the quaint countryside of Mysore. One house, 4 beautiful rooms , a kitchen, dinning space, a cute attic with television, and a big hallway designed in our signature fashion, with all the nuances of a classic home stay experience. With authentic home food and numerous spaces to explore and relax in.

Rules and regulations

  • As we are next to a forest loud Music cut off time is 9:30 pm
  • Don’t abuse the property
  • No plucking fruits and flowers
  • Strict kitchen timing rules as it’s a farm house, our breakfast time is 8am to 10am, lunch at 1pm to 2.30pm, evening tea coffee at 5pm to 6.30pm, dinner at 8:30pm to 10pm
  • Stick to pool timings
  • Check in at 12pm check out time is 10am, we need time to sanitise your rooms & as we take all COVID protocols
  • Once you checkin housekeeping will be available only on request/call
  • Outside food is not allowed
  • Only one key of the rooms is given , if it’s lost need to pay fine of Rs.1000
  • Drugs & illegal weapons not allowed in the premises
  • Photoshoot/using camera is charged extra and not included in the package
  • Any kind of nuisance & disturbing other guests is strictly prohibited
  • Rights to admission reserved

Cancellation Policy

  • 15 days prior: No retention charges but processing fee Rs. 500 /- will be charged
  • 15 to 7 days: if cancelled 50% retention charges applicable or preponing / postponing can be done with no retention charges.
  • 7 days prior: no cancellation/ no postponement possible.
